Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, Jalen Hurts has added another feather to his cap, as he recently received his Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Oklahoma. Hurts had previously earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in Communications and Information Sciences prior to transferring to Oklahoma for his final college football season.

The 23-year-old athlete has made it clear that education is just as important to him as football, which is evident in the fact that he pursued further studies following his first-degree program.

Hurts has always been passionate about his education, and he emphasized that his academic achievements go hand-in-hand with his athletic pursuits. In his speech at the Oklahoma commencement ceremony, the quarterback spoke of his dual passions, saying “Football has helped me grow as a student and as a man, and my experiences in the classroom have done the same for me on the field.”

While Hurts’ recent accomplishment may seem like just another milestone in his promising career, his dedication and commitment toward higher learning should not be overlooked. Football players are often sported as not being academically inclined, but Hurts is proof that one can excel both on and off the field.

Hurts has shown that with determination, dedication, and hard work, one can achieve anything, even in the midst of a schedule that’s busy with daily practices and games.

As a young quarterback in the NFL, Hurts has already shown that he is not one to shy away from challenges, and he has proven that he can rise to meet them. His pursuit of higher education while playing professional football is a testament to his dedication, and serves as an inspiration to other young athletes who wish to strive for excellence in all areas of their lives.

With his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, Hurts will no doubt continue to be an outstanding role model for young people everywhere, and we wish him all the best as he continues his quest for greatness both on and off the field!
